- Select item and fill out the text required for personalization. Pay for your requested item.
- Email your photograph to hello@doublejsdesigns .com. Please place your order number in the subject line.
- We will email you back upon receipt and begin the custom creation process.

We don't offer refunds for incorrect size, color, personalized/custom products or if you simply change your mind. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
